FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Q: If I don’t want to karaoke, can I still dine or order food to-go?
A: Absolutely! We have two dining spaces with a bar that can accommodate small to larger parties. Our menu is
designed for both the karaoke and dining rooms with an option for takeaway.
Q: Are reservations required for private karaoke rooms?
A: All rooms are filled at a first come first serve basis as a walk-in or when booking a reservation.
Q: How do I make a reservation for a private karaoke room?
A: We currently do not have an online booking system at this time and highly encourage you to call during business hours (6pm-2am) to make your reservation in advance. We will kindly ask for your full name, phone number, party size and how many hours you’d like to reserve.
Q: What kind of songs do you have on your song list?
A: We have a large song book which offers thousands of songs in English, Korean and Chinese. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, each room is equipped with Youtube Karaoke that you can use too.
Q: Are outside food and drinks allowed?
A: No. No outside food, beverages or alcoholic drinks are permitted.
Q: Are you a 21+ establishment?
A: While we welcome all patrons of any age, we kindly ask that customers be mindful of the environment in which alcohol will be served. Anyone who will be drinking will be asked to show proof of age.
Q: I sent you a message on Yelp, Social Media or E-mail with no response, what happened?
A: Due to the nature of our late-night business, please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response. Again, for any immediate karaoke reservations we suggest calling during our hours of operations.
